FLU-Parents, if your child has been diagnosed with the flu (A or B) or has flu-like symtoms (fever 100.0, with cough or sore throat) you need to contact the River Place Elementary nurse, Glenda Edwards, 570-6927 or email,
glenda_gutteridge-edwards@leanderisd.org. Remember any child with a fever of 100.0 or higher, needs to be fever free for 24 hours prior to returning to school. "Fever free" means without fever reducing medications. This policy must be enforced for the health and safety of our children at River Place.
